The new company was jointly founded in 2020 by Boyun Vision, a leading domestic artificial intelligence algorithm company, and Yili, a machinery supplier with nearly 30 years of experience in the textile and apparel industry.
Since 2018, the team has been developing intelligent fabric inspection machines. They have visited over 100 customer sites and engaged in in-depth discussions and collaborations with experienced textile experts from companies such as E-Land and LILANZ. During this period, the hardware structure underwent several major iterations and upgrades. The algorithm development, based on the ISO/MPEG CDVA international standard technology led by the team, involved collecting data from nearly 300,000 meters of fabric across 100 types, resulting in a unique high-precision algorithm for detecting fabric defects. This is also the only product in China capable of detecting color differences.

Leading color difference detection technology
It is the first intelligent fabric inspection machine in China capable of color difference detection, with the ability to identify color differences in various locations across the entire fabric surface, redefining color difference recognition.
Big data platform
For image feature extraction and processing involving billions of images, it can achieve near real-time response in milliseconds.
A PhD in Computer Science from Peking University, currently CEO of Boyun Vision; Director of the New Generation Artificial Intelligence Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance; Co-leader of the National Artificial Intelligence Standards Group; Recipient of the Second Prize of the National Technology Invention Award, published 24 papers in the field of computer vision, and applied for 32 national/international invention patents; Member of the Expert Pool of the Chinese Delegation to the ISO/IEC JTC1/SC29/WG11 International Standardization Committees, and participated in the development of the international standard "Compact Descriptors for Visual Search" by the ISO/MPEG international standardization organization (this is the first international standard led and completed by China in the multimedia field).
